Retreat

I have been so blah lately that I decided to throw in the towel. Retreat from the madness!!  

I am in Texas for my annual scrapbook retreat with great friends. WS have been doing this every year for almost 20 years. And now that I live out of state it's even more memorable to go through all our pictures together and see how our families have changed . 

A big thank you to Creative Memories  company for all these years of preserving memories of my family along side good friends

She brings my daughter home safely each day after school!  

A entire bus load of middle schoolers in her ears!  Bravo!!!

Sweet

Today the thank you note goes put to a sweet sweet lady Miss Peggy. 

She works the security desk at my husbands work. She is a delight , thoughtful , efficient and still working strong at 76!!!! 

She even called my husband on his B day ( he was off on Christmas Vacation ) 

 

What a kind lady.

Today is my b day. It has been wonderful 

Surrounded with people I love and who love me. People I intend to let know how grateful I am for them.

But in the spirit of a thank you note a day. 

Today's acknowledgement will go out to my mom . The one who gave birth to me and was ready and willing to house this small life of mine into the 46 wonderful years I have had. 

Thanks mom. I couldn't have done it with out you !!

Monday

I was at work exactly 47 seconds when it became clear it was MONDAY! 

The phones were out, it was raining and my desk was picked high 

After two failed attempt on the phones. It's called pass the buck to the other guy 

Because why would we want just one company to run our phones when we can subcontract our brains out???

Anyway finally I call ideacom. They set up our phones way back when 

They were there in 20 minutes, friendly , and extremely effective having the phones fixed in less than an hour!!

Whoo hoo!!  An official thank you from my company and me for saving Monday!! 

Easy Thank You

Today we spent our time at urgent care with little one sprouting a high fever and scratchy throat.  My thank you note today is an easy one.  

From the kind receptionist Misty, and the triage nurse Shayanne to Dr. Siegel's stellar diagnosis and steroid prescription .
